Mineral Water RO Water Treatment System 1000LPH RO Filter Plant Purified Water Machine
Preparation before operation of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment:
RO as a high pressure operation equipment, before operation, in order to protect the equipment and instrument and safety, it is necessary to confirm and adjust the opening state of the valve strictly in accordance with the operating procedures. The specific operations are as follows:
1. Completely open the water inlet valve of the security filter and open the water inlet valve of the high pressure pump
2. Open the high-pressure pump outlet valve for a circle
3. Open the RO inlet valve for one turn
4. Rotate the needle valve on the concentrated water pipe three and a half turns
5, fully open the water production outlet valve and concentrated water outlet valve
6. Close all sampling valves and cleaning valves
7. Open all pressure display valves to half open state
Components and Principles of RO Water Treatment System
The reverse osmosis system includes high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, pressure vessel (membrane shell), cleaning system and control instrument; the principle of reverse osmosis water treatment system is: when a pressure greater than osmotic pressure is applied on the brine side of the membrane, the water The direction of flow will be reversed, and the water in the brine will flow into the fresh water side, a phenomenon called reverse osmosis.

Classical mechanism model of reverse osmosis water treatment system:
1. Preferential adsorption model of capillary pores: no pores were found under the dry electron microscope of weak spot. Wet membrane specimens are not electron microscope samples.
2. Dissolution and diffusion model: Pores are not considered.
3. Dry-closed and wet-open model: the "dry-closed and wet-open" reverse osmosis model unifies the two most classical reverse osmosis mechanism models, namely, the fine-hole model and the solution-diffusion model.
Process flow of RO Water Treatment System
Original water pump → mechanical filter (quartz sand filter)→ activated carbon filter → sodium ion exchanger (water softener)→ security filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis → ozone sterilizer (ultraviolet sterilizer)
