60TPH Water Purifier With UF Membrane Filter Ultrafiltration System
The ultrafiltration membrane element adopts the products of world-renowned membrane companies to ensure that customers get the best quality organic membrane elements in the world, so as to ensure the retention performance and membrane flux. The ultrafiltration equipment control system can be personalized according to the user's specific requirements. Combined with advanced control software, the on-site centralized monitoring of important process operation parameters can avoid manual misoperation, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the system in multiple directions.
Since each ultrafiltration module is added with protective liquid before leaving the factory, the protective liquid in the module should be thoroughly rinsed before use, first with low-pressure (0.1MPa) water for 1 hour, and then with high-pressure (0.2MPa) water for 1 hour. When flushing at low pressure or high pressure, the permeate discharge valve of the system should be fully opened. When using the product water, it should be checked and confirmed that the product water does not contain any biocides.

Working Principle of Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System
Ultrafiltration is a pressurized membrane separation technology, that is, under a certain pressure, small solute and solvent pass through a special membrane with a certain aperture, while the large molecule solute cannot pass through, stay on one side of the membrane, so that the large molecule material is partially purified.

What is the difference between ultrafiltration and nanofiltration?
Ultrafiltration is the range of filtration before nanofiltration. These are highly similar technologies, but there are differences between them.
Both ultrafiltration and nanofiltration are used in many industries to treat various types of water and wastewater. The main difference between the two filtration methods is the selectivity of the membrane, which controls the size of particles that are rejected. The membrane pore structure determines the selectivity. UF has a pore size range of 0.01 to 0.1 microns and NF has a pore size range of 0.001 to 0.01 microns. Since UF membranes have a larger pore structure than NF membranes, they generally require lower pressure, which means lower energy.
Also, ultrafilters are less likely to experience fouling problems. Both UF and NF can be used as pretreatment prior to reverse osmosis to protect sensitive RO membranes and reduce the risk of fouling and the need for chemical cleaning. However, since the pore size of nanofilters is limited to a few nanometers, UF is often chosen over NF.
Application of Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System
Ultrafiltration in pure water, ultra-pure water and other water treatment applications: boiler supply water, industrial high pure water, medical pure water, food water and so on.
Application of ultrafiltration in industrial wastewater reuse treatment: recycling of circulating water, cooling water, injection water and collection water of petroleum, chemical industry, steel mill, power plant, electroplating, printing and dyeing industrial wastewater.
Application of ultrafiltration in special separation and concentration fields: milk concentration, protein concentration, enzyme product concentration, starch recovery, electrophoresis paint recovery, vinegar clarification.
Application of ultrafiltration in drinking water: mineral water, pure water, food and beverage water, tap water, rural drinking water treatment.
