Product Introduction of RO Water Treatment System
Water treatment system treat raw water in several procedures in order to meet the bottled drinking water standard.
This system uses water pressure pump to increase the water supply pressure; sand filter is used to remove Plankton, Moss, Suspension, Colloid and so on. Active carbon filter is used to remove strange smell, chlorine, chloride, organic matter and heavy mental, lower color and optimize water quality. Sodium softer is used to remove the calcium and magnesium ions in water. Micro filter is used to remove the tiny impurity. Hollow fiber Ultra filter can remove impurity, colloid, phenolic compounds, chloride, germ and all the harmful substance, meanwhile keep all beneficial minerals in water. Reverse osmosis can move all the things in the water and to make raw water to be pure water.
The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
After a special high-pressure pump, when the raw water is added to a pressure of 6-20 kg, the raw water permeates through the reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns under the action of pressure. Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and virions cannot pass through, and are discharged with wastewater. Only water molecules and solvents with a volume of less than 0.0001 microns are allowed to pass through.

Process flow of RO Water Treatment System
Raw water pump→ mechanical filter(quartz sand filter)→ activated carbon filter→ Water softener filter→security filter→ high pressure pump →reverse osmosis system
1. Water tank: storage of tap water, to solve the problem of insufficient tap water pressure and the back booster pump due to the impact of insufficient water, reduce the failure rate
2. Booster pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration
3. Quartz sand filter: mainly remove the mud, suspended solids and large particles in the tap water
4. Carbon filter: mainly remove organic substances, residual chlorine and odor in tap water
5. Water softener filter: mainly remove the calcium and magnesium in tap water, reduce the hardness of water
6. Security filter: further filtration, protection of reverse osmosis membrane
